Navigating a recession and many other roadblocks along the journey, Whittier church leaders were looking for an experienced team to guide them to the finish line. We were grateful to get the call, and excited to help bring their vision to reality.

The Opportunity

The Vision

During our innovative Basecamp Experience, we really got to know the church on a deeper level. Who they are. What they stand for. What’s the vision today, tomorrow, and into the future. From this intimate exploration, the team helped church leaders align on a vision for their new space, and how it can be a community hub for the people of Whittier.

The Execution

In partnership with the church, the Visioneering team built a modern 26.7k sq/ft sanctuary that seated 1,500 worshippers. We also constructed a chapel, updated their kid’s spaces, and remodeled office spaces, giving the church a vibrant place for families to grow, celebrate life’s important moments and reach generations to come.
