Working in a construction environment marked by rapid cost fluctuations, Visioneering Studios helped Nona Church meet both a strict budget and a demanding timeline to make the Narcoossee Campus a reality.

The Opportunity
The opportunity to design a campus from the ground up is always a welcome challenge, and the Visioneering team relished the chance to ensure Nona Church’s second location made a big impact on its new community.

The Vision
During our highly collaborative Basecamp process, Visioneering and Nona Church leaders crafted a vision for a campus that would positively impact the community outside the church walls as much as it would for those entering into it.

The Execution
To provide the most bang for the budget, the Visioneering team designed a 12,000sf pre-engineered metal building housing a 400-seat sanctuary, a spacious lobby, pre-school rooms, and a large meeting room. Exterior site elements included a grand covered porch, a lush event lawn, and a playground that the community can enjoy 7 days a week.
