Knowing how important community is to Lifeway’s culture, the Visioneering Studios team went to work designing a space that would bring people together in creative, inspiring ways.

The Opportunity
The existing building featured a two-level space that visually separated portions of the building. Embracing the challenge, the Visioneering team went to work designing a dynamic, modern environment that felt as connected as was cool.

The Vision
Collaborating closely through our Basecamp process, Visioneering and Lifeway honed the vision for their space, weaving plentiful communal gathering places together with an informal, upbeat aesthetic designed to appeal to the next generation.

The Execution
Turning the elevation changes into an asset, the new design provides both visual and physical connection points throughout the building. Featuring creative seating configurations, social stair elements, impactful environmental graphics and an open, modern feel throughout, the space encourages community interaction, improves circulation and inspires team connections.
